 RATE IN EURO FOR ROOM

Additional charge for sleeping only one night + 20% of the complete room's amount.    

The rooms have the private bathroom

The breakfast is included

For the high season the minimum period is 3 days and the normal price will be increased of 20%.

 Included in Happy Guest 's rate are: the flat cleaning at departure, color-tv, washing machine and all the necessary linen.

    Very important!  We accepted how payment methods: only cash.

We can't accept any credit card. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.

Free stay for baby from 0 to 4 years old.

Estimated time of arrival, must be check before and confirmation a day before the appointment.

EXTRA CHARGE

• Sheet change (on demand)  5,00 euro.

• Towels change (on demand)  3,00 euro.

• Pets have the same price of the people and must have authorize before.

Taxi service,  Shuttle van, from and to train station and airport on request at special fare

UTILITIES

This bed&breakfast hospitality has been thought in order that our guests will come back again because at the end they feel "Casa Gallelli" as their own home in Rome. The aim is to combine welcoming, cordiality and comfort with full respect for independence, privacy and personal quietness.

Our guests will receive not only the room key but also the flat key so that they can enter at every time (but it is requested the maximum respect towards other guests’ rest). In order to allow flexibility in time-table, breakfast is organised as self service.

The kitchen and the living room are common spaces not only for guest comfort but also spaces where it is possible, if desired, to meet each other. In particular, the use of the kitchen is a very important utility: you can save a lot of money (you can avoid fast food, restaurants, etc.) and eat according to your personal customs and healthier cooking.
