 RATE IN EURO

Minimum 3 days, more 20% in hight season

Incluted in Happy Guest 's rate are: cooking facilities, crockery, the flat cleaning at departure and every week, color-tv, washing machine and all the necessary linen.

Only the elettricity is pay according to amount consumed.

    Very important!  We accepted how payment methods: only cash.

We can't accept any credit card. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.

Three days is the minimum stay required.

You have to give a deposit, 100,00 euro for the key and for Tv-control.

Estimated time of arrival, must be check before and confirmation a day before the appointment.

EXTRA CHARGE

• 1 euro for Kwatt 

• Pets must have authorize before.
