 RATE IN EURO FOR THE FLAT

Incluted in Happy Guest 's rate are: cooking facilities, crockery, the flat cleaning at departure, color-tv, washing machine and all the necessary linen.

Only the elettricity is pay according to amount consumed. 

For the high season the normal price will be increased of 20%.

Very important!  We accepted how payment methods: only cash.

We can't accept any credit card. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.

Free stay for baby from 0 to 4 years old.

You have to give a deposit  100,00 euro for the key and for tv-control.

Estimated time of arrival, must be check before and confirmation a day before the appointment.

EXTRA CHARGE

Taxi service,  Shuttle van, from and to train station and airport
