Included in Happy Guest 's rate are: cooking facilities, crockery, color-tv, washing machine, linens, housekeeping.
Each people have to pay more 10,00 euro at departure for cleaning room.
Only the elettricity is pay according to amount consumed.
You have to give a deposit
of 100,00 euro for the key and for
tv-control.
All the rooms have the private bathroom and kitchen corner
For the high season the minimum period is 3 days and the normal price will be increased of 30% about.
Very important! We accepted how payment methods: only cash.
We can't accept any credit card. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.
Daily room cleaning are NOT included
Each people have to pay more 15,00 euro every week for cleaning room.
Mind after 10.00 PM to 9.30 AM we can't accept new in-coming (Fare on request)

No charge for one child under

Cooking facilities, and microwave oven is
included, the towels change every tree days and
sheet every week.
Estimated time of arrival, must be check before and confirmation a day before the appointment.
EXTRA CHARGE
1 euro for Kwatt
5,00 euro a day for air conditioned (will be booking before)
Iron 5,00 euro.
Cradle, till four years old 10,00 euro a day.
Sheets change (on demand) 10,00 euro.
Towels change (on demand) 5,00 euro.
Pets have the same price of the people and must have authorize before.
Taxi service, Shuttle van, from and to train station and airport

For July and August we will give one room at 15% discount on normal price, only for "BB Sostene" and "Residence Corinto", only for daily and weekly rate.
