Everything was as good as suspected. To visit the historic parts of Rome this is an excellent place to stay. You can get to any place in the city of Rome in less than half an hour. Unfortunately we had to change in another hotel for the last night in spite of our reservation, this was a little tear during sunny days at "Residence Corinto".

When actually liasing with the landlord he underlined it was VERY important to call BEFORE arriving, allowing someone to be present to welcome us. Further we were requested to bring CASH to be pay upfront. We were a little concerned about both. As we arrived to the Metro station, approx 10 minutes before actual arival, we called to arrange for welcoming. Unfortunatelly we got lost on our way (the internet map was very small), hence it took us 40 minutes instead of 10 minutes to get there. When we finally arrived, nobody was there. I called the landlord again and he give me a mobile phone number to the actual guy, that was ment to greet us, in order for us to appologise, "smoothen him up" and arrange for him to return to the guest house. In the overall the room was OK. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. We had an OK stay.

We enjoyed very much the nice atmosphere, the beautyfull furnished and clean rooms and the friendly personnel. Especially the relationship between quality and price was good.

Veramente vicino alla metro. La camera è deliziosa quasi elegante, l'angolo cottura è un po' piccolo, ma comodo per la colazione. Da consigliare.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité et l'espace de notre chambre. Vu le prix payé, nous nous attendions à un endroit modeste : loin de là ! Une adresse que nous conseillerons à tous nos amis !!

Questo appartamento al piano rialzato trasformato con molto gusto dai proprietari, in un piccolissimo residence di classe, mi è stato molto utile per passare delle settimane in maniera ottimale, con tutte le comodità di una casa ma con il servizio e la cura di un albergo. Stupendo, sicuramente da consigliare a chi deve soggiornare per motivi di lavoro.

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The room was excellent, very new and clean. They sent a car to pick us up at the airport which was also very helpful and prompt. The facility is in a perfect location, just minutes away from Basilica di San Paolo and a nice stroll away from Old Rome. We highly recommend this flat and will definetely stay here on our next trip to Rome.

It is a great place to stay in Rome. It is priced a little on the high side, but it is worth it. The location is ideal...easy distance to all the major sites, and far enough off the main boulevards to keep the noise down. The rooms and general decorum of this rooms is causual but high quality. I arrived at 9:00 pm and was met by Luigi who greeted me warmly and spent time showing me my room and giving me the keys. Parking for my motorcycle was literally at the front door, but car parking can be more challenging. Overall, a great place and I will use again when I come to Rome.

Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement qui correspond parfaitement à ce dont nous avions besoin. En 4 stations de métro, on se retrouve en plein centre ville. Des bus mènent directement à l'ensemble des sites incontournables de Rome (Le Vatican y compris). L'endroit est propre et l'accueil très bon. Merci.
