Included in Happy Guest 's rate are: cooking facilities, crockery, color-tv, washing machine, ensuite facilities, linens, housekeeping.
the elettricity have to pay according to the amount consumed.
Each people have to pay more 10,00 euro at departure for cleaning room (minimum 20,00 euro).
You have to give a deposit
of 100,00 euro for the key and for
tv-control.
All the rooms have the private bathroom with shower, and kitchen corner
For the high season the minimum period is 3 days and the normal price will be increased of 20% about.
Very important! We accepted how payment methods: only cash.
We can't accept any credit card. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.
Daily room cleaning are included
at the day's rates.
Each people have to pay more 15,00 euro every week for cleaning room (minimum 30,00 euro).
Mind after 10.00 PM to 9.30 AM we can't accept new in-coming (Fare on request)

Cooking facilities, and microwave oven is included, the towels change every tree days and
sheet every week.
Estimated time of arrival, must be check before and confirmation a day before the appointment.
EXTRA CHARGE
1 euro for Kwatt
5,00 euro a day for air conditioned (will be booking before)
Iron 5,00 euro.
Cradle, till four years old 10,00 euro a day.
Sheets change (on demand) 10,00 euro.
Towels change (on demand) 5,00 euro.
Pets have the same price of the people and must have authorize before.
