Comfortable accommodations with breakfast in a central zone that still maintains the characteristics of a typical Roman neighborhood. The B&B is easily reached by car and parking is free. For those arriving by plane, the Fiumicino Airport train to Rome makes a stop at the Ostiense station four blocks away. The area is also served by the “B” line of the subway (“Piramide” stop). Using the conveniently located network of public buses one can easily reach the various monuments, churches, and museums throughout the city. Situated between the Pyramid and the splendid basilica of Saint Paul, the neighborhood around the B&B has a variety of stores, banks, pharmacies, and dry cleaners, as well as the city’s newest museum of ancient Roman sculpture. For those who want a night out and the opportunity to meet more modern Romans the area offers not only a number of small, family run cafes but also some of the city’s newest and most sophisticated restaurants and bars. The guestrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and the B&B was recently remodelled in order to guarantee an even more pleasant stay.

Marina di San Nicola is a very pleasant seaside landscape at 25 Km from Rome City, along the Aurelia Road.
The land belonged to the Prince Odescalchi, who in the 70's started to sell it to his friends. The aim was to create a private village near his Castle of Palo Laziale (you can admire it from the Beach). Today Marina di San Nicola is a very nice village mostly formed by delightful villas, fully equipped with shops, restaurants and bathing establishments.
The villa is formed by 1 double bedrooms and a four one, bathrooms, a kitchen with oven and washing machine, TV and garden. The bus stop is just on face.

We have other possibility near the sea, or neighborhood, not far from Rome, call us for more information.
