How to confirm

To
make your bookings, you must send us two email at info@alloggiobb.com.
The first one to advice us that you
are interested in booking our rooms, with: your names, the dates, the
number of people, the estimated time of arrival in Rome, the name of the hotel
or apartments choice,
if you wish single beds or double bed and, if possible, the number of your
mobile phone.
Only after our reply, with the confirmation of the room availability, you will send the second email to tell us how, when and how much, you have sent the money. To fix a reservation a deposit is required: 30% of the total amount with a minimum of 90,00 euro.
The reservation is considered valid ONLY after receiving the payment of the deposit.
You can use many different
ways to send us the money, please make your choice at the bottom of this page.
We can't accept any direct credit card payment.
You must pay on arrival only by cash in Euro the remaining amount, we can't
even accept any kind of cheque.
For any cancellation we will receive at least 30 days before, we'll refund the total amount except 50,00 Euro for cancellation fee. For shorter advices, we will take 50% of the cash-advance, with a minimum of 90,00 euro.
In case of no-show or cancellation shorter than 72 hours, we will take all the amount of the cash-advance.
After your email we will reply and give you the address of the hotel and the name and phone number of the people that will welcome you, give the keys, take the cash money and register your passports.
You
can choose among the following systems to send the money.

In this case, you must send us, by email or fax, the code number, the amount
and from where do it.
We reserve the right to change the apartment to an equivalent or better unit, in case of unexpected emergency.
On arrival we can't accept any credit card or cheque. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.
We have a special fixed rate of 45,00 euro from the Rome airports to our rooms by limousine service, for max 3 people. Price on demand for more than 3 people.
If you wish to book it, tell us the fligth's number, origin and time of arrival, the airline company, and, if possible, your mobile phone number.
From Ciampino Airport the rate is 50,00 euro
Special rate to rent a tourist trip around Rome: 40,00 euro per hour, if you wish a guide 30,00 euro more.
